Border Crossings is launching Volume 35, Number 4, Issue No. 140 at the Winnipeg New Music Festival, presenting a feature interview with the New Music Festival’s highlighted guest, Meredith Monk. The issue features a 14-page interview titled, “The Voice of Moving Meditation: An Interview with Meredith Monk.” This issue marks the third consecutive year of Border Crossings’ collaboration with the New Music Festival. “We are delighted with our collaboration,” says Border Crossings Editor, Meeka Walsh. “The New Music Festival is Canada’s preeminent musical event.”
